Privacy

This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no cookies and no ads. It uses privacy-friendly analytics to see how the site is used (below). Here is everything that happens to information when you use it.

When you search for your office

• What you type in the office box is sent from your browser to OneMap, run by the Singapore Land Authority, to suggest matching places.
• When you pick a place, its map coordinates are sent to this site's server to look up buses. Your search text is not.
• The office name and coordinates are put in the page address so you can bookmark or share the results. Anyone you share the link with will see them.

Maps

Map images load from OneMap, so OneMap receives your IP address and the area of the map you view, as with any website that shows a OneMap map. OneMap's privacy policy applies to that.

Server logs

The site runs on Vercel in Singapore. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request details (IP address, the page or search requested, browser type and time) for a short period to run, secure and debug the service. We don't combine this with anything else or use it to identify you. The database stores bus data only, nothing about visitors.

Analytics

We use two analytics tools to count visits and see which parts of the site work. Neither sets cookies or stores anything on your device, and neither is used for advertising.

• Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, the country, device type and the site you came from.
• PostHog (US servers) records what you do on the page during that visit: the office you picked (its name and an area rounded to about 100 m, never what you typed), which buses and stops you open, filter changes, clicks such as the PropertyGuru button, and errors. Page addresses are sent without the part that holds your office's exact location. It may also record a replay of the page during your visit; everything you type is hidden and network requests are not recorded, but the replay shows the page as you saw it, including the office on screen and in the page address. IP addresses are not stored, and each visit gets a new random id, so visits aren't linked together or to you.

If your browser sends "Do Not Track", PostHog doesn't record anything, and feedback goes by email instead.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we receive your message, the reply email if you give one, and what you were looking at (office, bus and stop), so we can fix the right thing. It is stored with the analytics above, used only to answer and improve the site, and your email is never used for anything else.

The PropertyGuru button takes you to PropertyGuru's website. What happens there is covered by its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell information about visitors, build profiles, or track you across sites. Analytics data is only shared with the two providers above, to run the analytics.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. In practice we hold none that identifies you: server logs are short-lived and the analytics above don't keep IP addresses. Contact devarshi@devarshiwaghela.com.
